Flutitude Flute Choir Outreach Program

The Flutitude Flute Choir is a newly established community ensemble dedicated to expanding awareness and appreciation of the flute family through performance, education, and community engagement. Our mission is to showcase the unique voices of the flute choir—from piccolo to bass flute—while providing enriching musical experiences that entertain, educate, and inspire audiences of all ages.

By presenting accessible and engaging programs, we aim to:

•     Increase awareness of the flute choir as a unique performing             ensemble.
   

•     Promote music appreciation and lifelong learning.

      

•     Introduce audiences to a variety of musical genres and composers.

      

•     Foster community connection through shared cultural experiences.

      

•     Bring high-quality live music to audiences who may have limited access to arts programming.

      

•     Inspire future musicians through educational outreach and mentorship.

As a newly formed ensemble, financial support is critical to establishing and sustaining our programs. Grant funding will help support:

•     Music acquisition and licensing.

      

•     Rehearsal and performance venue expenses.

      

•     Educational outreach materials and programming.

      

•     Marketing and audience development efforts.

      

•     Specialized equipment and instrument-related needs.

      

•     Community concerts offered free of charge or at low cost.
