Hello! My name is Elton, and I am proud to serve as a Co-President of the ACAESUSA Youth Finance & Law Chapter.

Through ACAESUSA, I have had opportunities to learn, create, serve, and connect with people in my community. I have participated in art exhibitions and competitions, helped organize health education programs, provided tutoring support, and volunteered at senior communities by singing for older adults.

These experiences have taught me that leadership is not simply about having a title. It is about taking action, helping others, sharing what we can do, and making a positive difference in our community.

Why I Am Supporting ACAESUSA

I believe young people need opportunities to learn and grow both inside and outside the classroom. ACAESUSA gives us opportunities to:

• Develop leadership and communication skills
• Participate in community service
• Explore art, culture, and creativity
• Support health education and community well-being
• Help other students through tutoring and peer support
• Connect with different generations in our community
• Gain real-world experience and confidence
• Discover our own potential

For me, volunteering has shown me that even small actions can make a difference. Whether it is sharing a painting, helping another student learn, supporting a health program, or singing a song to bring happiness to an older adult, every contribution matters.

As a Co-President, I hope to encourage more young people to get involved, use their talents to serve others, and grow together as leaders.
