Help Provide Equity for South Dallas Students

At Beacon Hill, we believe that talent is distributed equally but opportunity is not. Our team is dedicated to ending inequity in education. Beacon Hill’s mission is to provide holistic child development through academic, cultural, and life-skill programs with active parental involvement. We envision a world in which every child - regardless of race, ethnicity, or socioeconomic status - will have an equal opportunity for educational and future success. We provide reading and math instruction/tutoring to low-income minority students in South Dallas via in-school, after-school, and summer programs. Our goal is to get all students to grade-level proficiency. 90% of students who attend at least 48 sessions will accomplish this.
