Laura's Next Adventures Unbound Adventure

"Laura is living her best life!"... we hear that so many times, and it really is true.  She loves getting to be involved in her community activities.  One thing she loves the most is getting to travel, ESPECIALLY if it involves CRUISING!   It's one thing to go with family, but when she gets to go with her Adventures Unbound travel group it is extra special!  Now she gets the opportunity to go on her 2nd cruise with them next April, but she would really love some help.  

Participating with Adventures Unbound has been a wonderful opportunity for Laura. She has taken many day trips with them; and also went on the previous cruise in January 2020, just before the pandemic. The program is set up to escort adults with special needs to a variety of activities as a group.  The dedicated escorts are all carefully vetted volunteers.  The individual gets the chance to have a fun day out, and the fulltime family/caregiver gets some much needed respite.  The dynamics of traveling with an individual with specials needs require a lot of forethought and planning; and the volunteers at Adventures Unbound truly know how to handle it all.  We, as caregivers, are so grateful for these respite opportunities; knowing we can fully trust our loved ones with Carrie and her team of trained dedicated travel assistants. 

By committing to this fundraiser between now and September 19, 2024, you can help Laura participate in AND Adventures Unbound continue to provide this much needed and loved experience.  Half of your donation today will go towards future trips for Laura.  The other half will go towards operating funds for Adventures Unbound.
