When an abortion-minded or abortion-determined client comes to us, we must be ready to answer her questions in a way that is relevant to her and to her situation. Girls and women now look to the internet, not books and brochures, for information. EMPHC has stepped up its game in the counseling room to immediately deliver unbiased facts in digital formats to encourage the mother and save a life.  

HopeSync has been used by our Client Advocate for more than six months, and it has already saved more than one baby's life.  The software provides short videos that address the influences to abort that she is facing, such as personal pressures and outside pressures (boyfriend, finances, etc). These videos are available on smartphones or iPads to be shown to the client in the counseling room.  Also, videos with gestational information are shown so she will know how formed her baby is at the stage of pregnancy she is in. Abortion procedures during all three trimesters are explained, with graphics to show her exactly what happens and the risks involved during and after a surgical abortion procedure or an at-home abortion using a chemical abortion pill.  In addition, when a client leaves the Center, the Advocate can continue to send other videos helpful to the client's situation so that we can continue to support her in the days following her visit.  This makes HopeSync a powerful tool that we cannot be without.
