With the success of this first "Rescue a Lab" campaign, we are expanding the campaign to 3 more Labs, which is approximately 1% of the number of Labradors that we as an organization, care for, provide medical treatment, and find loving homes for every year. Please consider "rescuing a Lab" today!
As Executive Director of DFW Lab Rescue, you know how devoted we all are to this special group that rescues and rehabilitates almost 325 deserving Labrador retrievers each year. We are a breed specific rescue that is dedicating to alleviating needless death and suffering of homeless or misplaced (lost or stray) purebred Labrador Retrievers. We will seek out loving forever homes for these Labradors and provide quality interim care and rehabilitation through volunteer foster homes and veterinary intervention.
Rescue is not easy and on many days it is heart wrenching and sad but the positive outcomes and the wonderful “AFTER” photos are both humbling and rewarding. We are 100% volunteer based, we all participate without pay and volunteer countless hours to help these sweet labs!
