Emma Renfro - Clubhouse Member and Board Member

Hello! I'm Emma Renfro. I'm raising money for the Cowtown Clubhouse this North Texas Giving Day.

The Cowtown Clubhouse is an amazing nonprofit that has given my life purpose, meaning, and hope when I had none. One of my favorite things about the Cowtown Clubhouse is the camaraderie, uniqueness of the structure, and the support I receive every time I show up.

My favorite task at the clubhouse is working on the newsletter and giving tours to all guests and prospective members. I'm looking forward to future programs that are planned for the Cowtown Clubhouse but haven't yet come to fruition such as the education and employment programs. I had gone to college in 2019 but dropped out, and I'm wanting to go back to school to get my associates and eventually get my PhD in British Literature. I also want to get a certificate in horticulture, and the Cowtown Clubhouse has encouraged me to go back to school to get the certificate and degree.

Any amount donated will help the Cowtown Clubhouse in the pursuit of education and employment for all members. Whether it's through supported employment or transitional employment, which is unique to the Clubhouse model, and through all types of education, your donation will help tremendously with the Cowtown Clubhouse's ability to support each and every member succeed in things that once seemed impossible.
