In Memory of ⚓️ Briley Rose Ward ⚓️

Our sweet Briley Rose was born on 2/26/2020. She lived for just over 2 hours. Briley was our IVF miracle. Prior to losing Briley, I had 3 miscarriages, and have had 3 since. Following my first miscarriages, we discovered that I have an autoimmune disorder and we thought we had the solution. However, during my second trimester with Briley a second medical condition reared its ugly head and we lost Briley. 

My world came crashing down - everything we had done, hoped for, prayed for, longed for, and were looking forward to was gone. We lost our daughter, our world, and the entire future we thought we had. Our lives completely changed in a moment. How was I supposed to live, how was I supposed to get to a point where I wasn’t constantly in tears, and get to a point where I wasn’t angry? I questioned everything. 

In the hours after we lost Briley, the hospital gave me a “Hope Box”.  Inside were items that were so comforting for my heart. The most touching was seeing that hand written note, and knowing that the box was created by someone who truly understood what I was feeling in that moment. Seeing that writing and knowing there were other women who have walked that journey and were there to support me kept me going. These women had hope, faith, and were still standing. I wanted to be around other people who truly understood all the emotions I had then and would have in the future. 

Hope Mommies is just that. Hope Mommies got me through the darkest of days, and is still my support through it all - good days, bad days, okay days, and the worst days. Because He lives, we hope. 

Help Us Give 900 Hope Boxes

This year, our Dallas and Fort Worth Chapters are working together to distribute 900 Hope Boxes to more than 30 hospitals.

Each box costs about $60 and is provided completely free of charge to hospitals and clinics in our area to reach grieving moms. But we need your help to make that possible.
