TRCSS would like to create and use Nonfungible Tokens (NFTs) to track donations and donation rewards or IndieGoGo perks.
Phase 1 will create image files analogous to sports trading cards or card games such as Pokemon that are not considered to be securities under SEC regulations.
Phase 2 will create NFTs that can be used to track donor rewards, such as a % or fixed discount for a subscription to a future virtual community solar + storage project.
