THE ARTS ARE FOR EVERYONE
A note from Noelle:
A decade has flown by in the blink of an eye, and Over the Bridge Arts (OTBA) has been electrifying stages in and around Oak Cliff since 2017 with a whirlwind of fresh talent and groundbreaking works. I started volunteering in 2024 then joined the board in 2025, and what an eye-opening adventure it’s been! OTBA performances are a thrilling showcase of emerging artists and innovative creations, all set in cozy, intimate venues. Every show is a vibrant explosion of creativity, bursting with unexpected twists and turns! And every single time the shows get better and better!!
Over the Bridge Arts is excited to launch our 10th anniversary season in Oak Cliff with North Texas Giving Day! We have created 25 original productions featuring 150 local artists in dance, music, performance art, spoken word and film. You can be part of the magic! Your gift of:
$50 provides props and supplies for multiple shows
$100 covers digital advertising costs for one social media campaign
$250 pays one performer for their work
$500 pays a group of performers for their work
$1000 shines the lights/sound on one production
Our 2026-27 season includes:
BURNING WOMAN - Planting the Seeds, an October performing arts festival focused on the environment and caring for our planet.
MESSY LOVE - All the love stories, even the messy ones. A February celebration of love stories from acclaimed local poets and performers.
BRIDGES - Our 10-year immersive and interactive arts celebration for all ages at Turner House in April.
WE ARE SMALL, BUT MIGHTY. HELP US THRIVE!
We firmly believe that the arts are accessible to everyone, and that the shared experiences between audiences and performers are of utmost importance. Therefore, we strive to keep ticket prices affordable. My FAVORITE PART: we also firmly believe in compensating our performing artists with a living wage!! Your support for Over the Bridge Arts is instrumental in enabling us to achieve both of these goals.
