I am so excited to be part of this year’s North Texas Giving Day supporting Ronald McDonald House of Dallas (RMHD)!

For nearly two years, I’ve had the privilege of serving as the Marketing & Communications Manager at RMHD, and the mission has always been close to my heart. But after becoming a mother myself last year, my passion for this work has grown even deeper. I see every day how much love and strength it takes to care for a child, and I am so grateful to work alongside such compassionate and kind people who make RMHD a true “home-away-from-home” for families in need.

It costs nearly $13,000 a day to run RMHD and care for the families staying in our 80+ rooms. Our ultimate North Texas Giving Day goal is $100,000—enough to cover about a week of care for families who are facing some of the hardest moments of their lives.

RMHD provides so much more than just a place to stay—families receive free lodging, three meals a day, and activities that bring comfort and joy. Beyond our House, we also operate a Family Room at Scottish Rite in Prosper and three Hospitality Carts at Medical City Children’s Hospital in Dallas, Cook Children’s in Prosper, and Medical City Frisco—with dreams of growing even more programs to reach more families.

Every gift truly makes a difference. Just $10 can provide a toy to brighten a child’s day after a difficult treatment. Families come to us with children facing a range of serious health challenges, with our top three diagnoses being orthopedic, oncology, and cardiology, for patients from newborns up to 21 years old.

I would be so grateful if you joined me in supporting RMHD this North Texas Giving Day. Together, we can help ensure families have the care, comfort, and community they need when it matters most. 💛
