In Memory of ⚓️ Isaiah, Clay, and Kruz Sherman ⚓️

I became a Hope mom in 2017 when we found out our son Isaiah no longer had a heartbeat. I delivered him at 13 weeks. Devastated and going home without my baby. I received a Hope from a friend, it was a blessing and exactly what I needed. I read the anchor book which helped me process my loss, and gave me hope. I joined the Hope mommies FB group & community. What a blessing to connect with other women going through loss, I no longer felt alone. 

We lost our son Clay in 2017 when my water broke at 18 weeks, delivering him stillborn. This time I received a Hope box from the hospital. 

We loss another son in 2019 at 24 weeks when we found out he no longer had a heartbeat. Delivering him stillborn. For the 3rd time I was leaving the hospital without my baby. 

Hope mommies, has given me a community of women to walk alongside me during these difficult times, An opportunity to honor our baby boys, at memorials, Hope box gatherings where we pack boxes for others moms who will have to walk this difficult path too. I have hope, peace & comfort knowing I’ll see our boys again in heaven one day. 

The box Hope Mommies Dallas Chapter provides Hope Boxes to over 25 hospitals and clinics in the Dallas area. Plus, we also give Hope Boxes to individual grieving moms in our local community as needs arise.  Our goal is to pack and distribute 400 Hope Boxes in 2027. Each Hope Box costs $60 to make. For every $60 you give, a grieving mom receives a box filled with Biblical resources, self-care items, and a handwritten note from another Hope Mom reminding her that she is not alone and is seen and loved.  As a nonprofit, we rely 100% on generous donations.
