My Fundraiser for TRAC

TRAC's Mission: Connect young people ages 16-24 who are transitioning out of foster care and their unhoused peers in North Texas with the support they need to reach self-sufficiency through individualized support, planning, and access to housing and community services.

A TRAC Story: When Tre'Anthony entered TRAC, he was sleeping in a tent. With support, he found housing, got a new job, and began thriving. Today, he's a Jerry Sullivan Award winner and even represented TRAC at the Capitol in Austin.

Young people like Tre'Anthony are resilient and determined, and with the right support, they thrive.
