Mark Phariss & Vic Holmes' 2025 Fundraiser for HSF

I first learned about Hendrick Scholarship Foundation (HSF) in 2018 when I attended its annual fundraiser Taste.  I was amazed.

At that Taste, I learned HSF gives college scholarships and, more importantly, provides mentors and support services to economically disadvantages PISD high school graduates.  

As a result of those scholarships, mentors, and support services, more than 65% of HSF's students graduate from college -- five times the graduation rate for similarly situated students in Texas!

We all know that college graduates will earn far more over their lifetimes than a high school graduate and that the children of college graduates also tend to attend and graduate from college.  So HSF isn't just breaking the cycle of poverty for its students -- which it is -- but it is breaking it from generations to come!

This year, HSF will provide scholarships to more than 100 students. But the need is so great. HSF is just barely scratching the surface. So please give!

As noted below, there's a $5,000 match.  In addition, my husband, Vic, & I believe in the cause so much we will also match the first $500 given on my HSF link.  So, if you give soon, every dollar will generate an additional $2s for HSF.
