Through our partnerships with industry leaders like Ryobi, Glowforge, and Toybox Labs, we’re growing our programming and our community reach - providing even more opportunities for imagination to meet opportunity. Your support will help us expand our impact, offering more programs, resources, and opportunities for makers of all ages.

Key Things Fundraising Will Support:

• Maker District Mobile Program Expansion: Bring hands-on maker education directly to schools, community centers, and events across North Texas.
• Access for All Communities: Provide creative learning opportunities to youth and adults who may not have access to a makerspace.
• Technology on the Go: Outfit our mobile program with more digital fabrication tools like a bench-top CNC, vinyl cutters, and more to spark creativity anywhere.
• Workshops and Pop-Ups: Deliver engaging workshops in STEAM, and entrepreneurship—meeting people where they are.
• Easy Access: Ensure that participation in mobile workshops is free or low-cost, removing financial barriers.
• Materials and Supplies: Provide everything participants need to create and innovate during mobile sessions.
• Mentorship Connections: Pair learners with mentors from local businesses and industries, even in mobile settings, to inspire future pathways.
• Community Partnerships: Strengthen collaborations with schools, nonprofits, libraries, and local businesses to maximize the program’s reach and impact.
