MISSION

To provide individualized pathways to stable housing, independence, and well-being for disconnected youth.

VISION

TRAC youth are equipped with the stability, skills, and confidence to pursue their life goals.

At TRAC, we believe every young person deserves the opportunity to build a stable, successful future. Yet for youth aging out of foster care and young adults experiencing homelessness, the path forward can feel uncertain and overwhelming. At just 18, many are expected to navigate housing, employment, education, and independence with little or no safety net. TRAC exists to meet young people in those vulnerable moments and help them take the next steps toward stability, independence, and a brighter future.

Working in homeless services for over 16 years, most recently at TRAC, I have learned that people, especially youth, are resilient. The youth we serve have shown incredible resilience and determination coming out of foster care and learning to adapt to adult life. Provided with the support, these young adults can and will achieve anything. This is why I am proud to work for TRAC!

I am raising funds for TRAC to support youth that age out of foster care and their homeless peers, and I would absolutely love your help!
