I've seen firsthand how one caring, genuine adult can impact a young person's life.
Through facilitating large and small groups with youth and their families, I've witnessed an incredible amount of growth from the beginning of the groups to the end. Some youth walk into a first session feeling shy or hesitant to speak, but slowly, they begin to realize that they are in a safe, supportive space with somebody who truly listens and cares. They begin to open up, build confidence, connect with others, and recognize that they don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.
Today's youth are growing up in a much different world than I did. Through experiencing social media, AI, peer and academic pressure, family stress, and so many other influences, it shapes the way the new generation see themselves and the world around them. It can be easy for them to feel isolated, misunderstood, and lonely. This is where a caring community can make a difference!

Contributions can help provide essentials, such as school uniforms, school supplies, food pantry items, and other resources that families may need. Sometimes, something as simple as having school supplies, or knowing that there is somebody out there that cares about you, is all it takes to make a difference in the life of a student.
