Our local outreach continues to grow as we reach out to families and at-risk youth in our city. Our hope is to link arms with the body of Christ to see all come to know the incredible, transforming love of God. We also continue to develop our overseas work with at-risk children through our outreach teams and the Hope's Gate jewelry making projects in Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and Central Africa.
Today, we have impacted 27 nations and currently run several local ministries.
Mission
The heart of YWAM Wylie is to know God and to make Him known, beginning in Wylie and fanning out to the ends of the earth, taking to heart the Great Commission in Matthew 28:18-20 where Jesus says to His disciples, "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations."
Our mission is to ENCOUNTER Jesus, EQUIP Disciples and Leaders, and REACH Peoples, Communities, and Nations.
Needs
Here at YWAM Wylie, we are reaching those in-need both in our own community and globally through our missions efforts. In order to continue to impact families, young adults, children, and the lost, we have a need of $10,000 for this next year; which will be used in our after-school programs, anti-human trafficking efforts, assistance for refugees, and campus renovations.
