For 135 years, the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth has been dedicated to building strong kids, families, and seniors. Last year, we reached over 220,000 people throughout Tarrant, Hood, and Johnson counties and provided more than $3 million in scholarships and community support through free and subsidized programs. At the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth, we believe that income should never be a barrier to becoming a member or participating in our programs. Thanks in large part to generous contributions, the Y is able to offer financial assistance for membership, swim lessons, youth sports, camp, preschool, afterschool care, and much more to those in need across our community.
Our Y Mission: To put Christian principles into practice through programs, services and relationships that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.
