Since 2010, the Y.E.S.S. organization has been able to distribute thousands of pounds worth of nutritious food to designated income eligible seniors and families each month due to our partnerships with the North Texas Food Bank and Sharing Life Ministries.
Youth Educators & Senior Services, Inc., (YESS), is seeking volunteers** to help with their monthly food distribution where we are able to distribute up to 7 days worth of nutritious food to each income eligible senior and family with food insecurities due to our partnerships with the North Texas Food Bank and Sharing Life.
After picking up food items from Sharing Life, the set-up, distribution and pick up is then held on-site at each senior food distribution location. Food distributions are held in the cities of Balch Springs, Dallas, Garland, and Richardson. A passion for working with older persons is requested, but not necessary.

Youth Educators and Senior Services, (Y.E.S.S.) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that identifies, establishes and provides outreach services and programs with the expectation of facilitating essential programs and services for positive outcomes in the lives of youth, adults and seniors in our communities.

A passion for working with youth and/or experience with Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and/or Math is requested, but not necessary.
