The cost of mental health services prohibits many from seeking and/or obtaining the services they need. At the Workshop we believe that all should have access to therapeutic-level services, regardless of ability to pay. We use activity-based therapy to provide a relaxed environment for clients to feel comfortable in sharing. We are also committed to creating opportunities for our community and inclusion.

Our Needs

Exciting things are happening at the Workshop, but we need help bringing our vision to life.  We currently offer play therapy for children under 10, a game room for clients 10 and older, an exercise room for those looking for a workout while they talk, and an art studio where creativity can flow. Your contributions would help us to get the materials needed to provide the best possible therapeutic experience. In addition, providing free and reduced services to the community is wonderful, but we need to be able to compensate our therapists for their time.

Our's team focus for 2024 is to reach those in the community who need our services and may not have heard we are here.  To do this we need to increase our marketing budget significantly.
