Who We Are

Volunteers of America Texas is a faith-based organization that empowers individuals and families to overcome obstacles to reach their full potential and thrive. Through human service programs, including housing and healthcare, we help more than 11,000 people each year in more than 30 urban and rural communities statewide. For 130 years, we have supported and empowered America’s most vulnerable groups, including veterans, at-risk youth, homeless individuals and families as well as seniors and their caregivers. For information, visit www.voatx.org.

Here's what your donation will help do:

$1,000 provides rental/mortgage assistance
$500 feeds a senior for a month
$100 provides emergency utility assistance
$50 creates 10 hygiene kits with toilet paper, hand sanitizer, and disinfectant wipes
$25 provides students in need with necessary school supplies

Our community always rises to every challenge, and this is no exception. Thank you for your support and prayers!
