Volunteers of America Texas (VOA Texas) is a nonprofit, ministry of service that strengthens communities through our substance abuse treatment and prevention, housing assistance, re-entry services, employment training, veterans, and disabilities services. $50 creates 10 hygiene kits with toilet paper, hand sanitizer, and disinfectant wipes
