For 30 years, Uplift Education has been opening doors and transforming lives across North Texas.
What began with one school and one bold vision has grown into a network of 45 free public charter schools serving more than 23,000 scholars across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Today, 82% of Uplift scholars are economically disadvantaged and 78% will be the first in their families to graduate from college, yet every scholar is provided access to an education designed to unlock opportunity and lifelong success.
For more than two decades, 100% of Uplift graduates have been accepted to college, and 82% graduate college, career, or military ready, nearly three times the Texas average. Uplift graduates enter the workforce with an average starting salary of more than $64,000, creating greater economic mobility for themselves, their families, and the communities they call home.

Through rigorous college-preparatory coursework, International Baccalaureate programs, personalized college counseling, career exploration, internships, workforce pathways in high-demand industries, leadership development, and scholar well-being supports, Uplift prepares young people not only to earn a diploma, but to lead meaningful lives and contribute to a thriving economy.
