$50,000 Goal

For 30 years, Uplift Education has been opening doors and transforming lives across North Texas.

What began with one school and one bold vision has grown into a network of 45 free public charter schools serving more than 23,000 scholars across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Today, 82% of Uplift scholars are economically disadvantaged and 78% will be the first in their families to graduate from college, yet every scholar is provided access to an education designed to unlock opportunity and lifelong success.

For more than two decades, 100% of Uplift graduates have been accepted to college, and 82% graduate college, career, or military ready, nearly three times the Texas average. Uplift graduates enter the workforce with an average starting salary of more than $64,000, creating greater economic mobility for themselves, their families, and the communities they call home.

That success is built on far more than academics. Through rigorous college-preparatory coursework, International Baccalaureate programs, personalized college counseling, career exploration, internships, workforce pathways in high-demand industries, leadership development, and scholar well-being supports, Uplift prepares young people not only to earn a diploma, but to lead meaningful lives and contribute to a thriving economy.

As we celebrate 30 Years Strong, we're also investing in the next 30 years of opportunity. Every gift made during North Texas Giving Day helps provide life-changing experiences—from college visits and career exploration to classroom technology, workforce certifications, industry partnerships, and the personalized guidance that empowers scholars to discover their potential and achieve their dreams.

A gift to Uplift Education is more than a donation—it is an investment in North Texas' future workforce. Every scholar who graduates prepared for college, career, and life strengthens our region with new talent, skilled professionals, entrepreneurs, educators, healthcare workers, engineers, and civic leaders who will drive innovation and economic prosperity for generations to come.

Together, we're opening doors, creating economic opportunity, and building the future of North Texas, one scholar at a time.

Needs

Your investment can create lasting impact in four key areas that help scholars thrive. Support our Road to College & Career program, where dedicated counselors guide every scholar toward college, military service, or a meaningful career, resulting in 100% of graduates earning college acceptance for the past 20 years and 55% of alumni earning a college degree within six years. Strengthen Social & Emotional Learning by ensuring every campus has licensed behavioral health support and an SEL Lead dedicated to student well-being. Advance Academics & School Enrichment, where Uplift's Whole Scholar Model equips students with the knowledge, skills, and experiences to achieve long-term success and economic mobility. Or invest in Capital Projects that provide safe, innovative learning environments and expand access to the high-quality education that has defined Uplift for the past 30 years.
