Our Mission

To inspire the curiosity to travel abroad and equip students from under-resourced communities with passports, travel grants and educational experiences so that they, too, can see the world. The Too Fly Foundation was founded in August 2016 and has equipped over 300 students to date. Help us create a world where EVERY student has the opportunity to travel!

Our Programs

Too Fly Foundation Grants: Passport and Travel Grants are provided through an annual application cycle to minority & underserved students as well as student organizations that are planning to study or volunteer abroad

Travel@Home: Our custom Virtual Reality program inspires the curiosity of middle-school students to travel by providing them with an Oculus VR headset and curriculum to study abroad from the comfort of their homes.

Too Fly Flight Academy: A in-person, pep-rally style event for High Schoolers to bring the 5 senses of travel to them through music, food, activity, and discussion. We highlight the value of travel, travel do's and dont's, travel opportunities, and open a scholarship fund dedicated to that school.

Mission

Creating a world where every student has the opportunity to travel. The Too Fly Foundation has the mission of broadening the horizons of young people by providing travel grants and passports to financially needy students who wish to study abroad.

Needs

This year marks our 7th year as an organization and our goal is to supply 70 students across the nation with passports, travel resources, and the help fund their educational travel excursions abroad. Our organization offers support to Middle School, High School, and College students by including funds through travel grants (minimum $1,000/per awarded student), passport scholarships ($200/per awarded student), and funding our "TRAVEL@HOME" curriculum, which costs $500/per awarded student (includes virtual reality headset, tablet, global snacks, workbook and travel swag). We'd love your support in any capacity!

Equity Statement
