TITAS/DANCE UNBOUND

A nonprofit organization

TITAS/DANCE UNBOUND is the preeminent dance presenter in North Texas and one of the nation's only presenting organizations dedicated exclusively to dance. Since our inaugural presentation of Pilobolus in 1982, TITAS has curated and commissioned over 730 live performances (214 Dallas debuts) by the most intriguing and influential artists across 42+ countries. As a curatorial presenter who draws upon the most exceptional talent and compelling artistic works worldwide, our diverse programming appeals to a wide range of communities, creating our most valuable byproduct, blended audiences sharing cultural expression and world-class dance and performance art.

TITAS recognizes that access to transformative artistic and creative experiences is a cornerstone of thriving communities. Community engagement and education programming deepen connections to our visiting artists, including post-show artist talkbacks, student performances, lecture demonstrations, master classes, internships, artist salons, movement therapy, outdoor dance classes, and professional development for educators.

Needs

Help Keep World-Class Dance Alive in North Texas

TITAS/DANCE UNBOUND brings the most extraordinary dance companies from around the globe to North Texas—artists who inspire, provoke, and connect our diverse community through the power of movement. But this kind of world-class programming doesn’t happen by accident. It takes bold vision, tireless commitment, and your support.

For over 40 years, TITAS has been more than just a presenter. We are a bridge—between international artists and local audiences, between art and education, between Dallas and the world. We offer transformative experiences: free masterclasses for students, artist talks that deepen understanding, and access to performances that might otherwise never come to our region.

But the cost of producing world-class performances is rising fast. Artist fees, travel, housing, venue expenses, and educational outreach—these all require significant resources. As a nonprofit, ticket sales cover only a portion of what it takes to bring these unforgettable moments to life.

This is where you come in.

Your gift on North Texas Giving Day helps ensure that TITAS/DANCE UNBOUND continues to ignite imaginations, support artistic excellence, and inspire the next generation of creators and dreamers. Every dollar goes directly toward bringing exceptional dance to our stages and our schools.

Join us. Give boldly. Dance freely.
