We are thrilled to announce that the Timber Creek High School Band has been selected to represent our community and the great state of Texas in the 2027 Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena, California!

Out of hundreds of applicants nationwide, Timber Creek is the only high school from Texas and one of only five high schools in the country chosen to perform. Even more remarkable, we earned this incredible honor on our very first application. This achievement reflects the dedication, talent, and excellence of our students and directors.

Timber Creek Band Parent Association

Mission

Timber Creek High School Band is a group of over 300 young adults who work tirelessly to be the best they can be. We have won multiple competitions and plan to create a bigger goal this year in entering state and national performances . With your donations we can help these students achieve their dreams and continue to excel in their future in making music.

Needs

While we have made tremendous progress toward our goal, we still need to raise an additional $60,000 to cover essential travel expenses. These costs include transportation for our drivers, lodging, meals, truck rentals, student uniforms, travel badges for safety and identification, and unexpected expenses such as vehicle repairs or flat tires.

Our goal is to secure enough support through donations so that we do not have to draw funds from our 2026-2027 General Fund, allowing us to preserve resources for the marching season and other student program needs. Any additional funds raised beyond our travel expenses will be used to offset student costs, helping make this opportunity more accessible for every participant.

We invite community partners, families, alumni, and supporters to help make this opportunity a reality for our students. Every contribution brings us one step closer to achieving our goal and providing an unforgettable experience for our participants.
