$120,000 Goal

This year, The Warren Center is grateful to have received a $60,000 match from an anonymous donor. Make a gift of any amount to our #Give2Kids campaign for a 1:1 match from our matching funds and help us reach our goal of $120,000 in support in our mission to advocate, serve, and empower the children and families impacted by developmental delays and disabilities.

The Warren Center is giving children of our community a better future by teaching skills they need to live their best life possible. They give hope for families searching for help.

No one can tell you best like a family that we serve each week. Learning your child has a developmental disability or delay can be overwhelming and emotional for many parents, as they want the best possible life for their child. At The Warren Center, we strive to provide families with the help they need to thrive and grow.

The Warren Center is there for many families who oftentimes contact us straight out of the hospital after the birth of their child. This was the case for Brooke, a mother who reached out to The Warren Center after finding out her daughter, Maggie, was born with Spina bifida.

"As soon as we got home, we called The Warren Center and said, 'We need help. We have a baby who we don't know what to do with," said Brooke.

The Warren Center therapists came to Brooke and Maggie's home and helped Maggie with her mobility, speech and language.

"When you have a kid who's not developing normally, you tend to shelter them and keep them at home and The Warren Center does a great job of letting parents know: 'This kid is going to leave your home someday. Your kid will participate in sports and activities and be normal, and we're going to help you get them there,'" Brooke said.

Our services include Early Childhood Intervention (ECI), Clinic Therapy Services, Autism Assessments, and Family Education and Support. Each and every week over 1,300 children receive services at the agency. But the need is much greater. In Dallas County alone, over 102,000 children have a developmental disability.

Our Needs

The Warren Center will never turn a child or family away due to an inability to pay. For each and every one of the 1,300 children we serve, the agency needs to raise $1,500 to cover the costs of services. This alleviates the family from an overwhelming financial burden so they can focus on the health and well-being of their child. Our main goal is to change children's lives and we can continue to do so through your generous donations.
