The Storehouse cares holistically for our neighbors in Collin County who experience food insecurity by providing food, clothing, resources, and education. Our four integrated programs comprise a neighbor pathway that meets our neighbors’ immediate needs today while also walking alongside them toward transformation tomorrow.

While not every neighbor we serve will choose to complete the full neighbor pathway of programs, our vision is to change the life trajectory of at least 20% of the neighbors we serve with language, job, and life skills training that leads to living wage employment.

Put another way, our vision is that two out of every 10 neighbors we meet in our food line will never have to stand in that line again thanks to our programs and your generous support.

In our last fiscal year, we served 146,922 unduplicated neighbors. Thank you for joining with us in this work!

The mission of The Storehouse of Collin County is to feed, clothe, and care, as neighbors in one community.

The impact of your support:

$1: Provides three meals for our neighbors who visit our food pantry

$25: Covers the cost of the food on one of the carts that we distribute to our neighbors each week. Each cart carries between 75-80 pounds of food

$50: Helps stock our clothing closet with three winter coats

$100: Provides 300 meals for our neighbors

$250: Covers the cost of textbooks for six students in our English as a Second Language (ESL) class

$500: Provides four new mattresses through our Neighbor Care program

Clothing Donations: Gently-used or new clothing items, especially fall clothing items for children. Athletic shoes of all ages and sizes.
