The S.A.L.T. Connection strives to meet the needs of other organizations by partnering with them and providing biblical education and spiritual mentorship. We have formed a new partnership with Blake's House this year and will continue to seek out other non-profit organizations that are "like-minded". Through our program, Women have been transformed and empowered through studying and obeying God's Holy Word. This also helps to prepare them to become spiritually mature and seek out other "mentees" to help navigate through the difficulties of life.
The S.A.L.T. Connection has developed a five-year plan to mentor women all across the country.
The goal reflects the need for women to receive proper education and training to successfully
develop relationships and provide guidance and spiritual support to other women. The goal of
providing education and training will be accomplished with the support of donations, volunteers,
advocates and faith groups.
The strategy of S.A.L.T. Connection consists of the following:
AMPLIFIED COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT - expand THE S.A.L.T. Connection program into churches, missionary programs and the community.
INCREASED CLASSES & NEW FACILITIES - expand current operation by hiring more spiritual mentoring coaches, increasing class schedules, and purchasing and maintaining a building in order to provide easier access for women to receive training and education.
