$2,500 Goal

The Hopeful Theatre project began as a dream in the fall of 2018. We opened our first showcase, Two Acts of Love, February 16, 2019 to benefit The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Fort Worth. We were so amazed by the amount of support that we had to continue making this dream a reality.

The Hopeful Theatre Project is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in the state of Texas founded on April 11, 2019.

We are different than any other non-profit theatre in Texas - each show we produce we do with one goal in mind: to raise funds for a local charity or a local chapter of a national charity.

Since our founding, The Hopeful Theatre Project has been able to raise over $85,000 for our beneficiaries, which include Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth, Ronald McDonald House of Dallas, Make-A-Wish Foundation of North Texas, The Salvation Army, The Actors Fund, The American Red Cross, Operation Christmas Child, Wildlife Conservation Network, Save the Music Foundation, National Alliance on Mental Illness, Anthem Strong Families, The Precious Dreams Foundation, Girls Write Now, and Turtle Island Restoration Network.

With YOUR help for North Texas Gives to the Arts, we can achieve these goals together and give passion a purpose.

Mission

The Hopeful Theatre Project's goal is to bring love, hope, and aid to the community by utilizing local talent through the performing arts to benefit various charity organizations.

Needs

Our current needs -

1. Our Own Venue - Here at Hopeful, our biggest need is our very own home. This would allow us to expand our programming by adding more productions, classes, camps, workshops, rentals, and more! A venue in the mid-cities area can range from $3,000 - $5,000 a month for rent and utilities.

2. Sponsorships - We are looking for a 2026 Season Sponsor as well as Title Sponsors for all three of our musical productions next year.

3. Microphone System - Currently for our productions, a microphone system is the most expensive part of our budget. If we were able to own our own microphone equipment, we could save funds or allocate their use elsewhere, allowing us to continue growing!

3. Rehearsal Equipment - We would love to provide our production team members and actors with the proper rehearsal equipment, including a keyboard.

If you would like any information on how you can help us with any of these needs, please email Tripp Jackson at tripp@thehopefultheatreproject.com
