We empower diverse teens (12–18) and young adults (19–24), including low-to-moderate income areas, by expanding access to EDUCATION, CAREER and WORKFORCE exposure, and personal LEADERSHIP development. Our programs promote positive life outlooks and advance progress in higher education, economic mobility, and community growth.

BACK TO SCHOOL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT RETREAT - $100 SUPPORTS CONFERENCE (CAMP) REGISTRATION FEE

A pivot to BACK TO SCHOOL initiatives for teens only (14-17) an immersive, multi-day experience designed to cultivate confidence, character, and leadership capacity in emerging youth leaders. Through interactive workshops, team-building challenges, and guided reflection, participants explore core values, strengthen communication skills, and develop a personal vision for impact.

COMMUNITY/FAMILIES FINANCIAL SUPPORT

$1,000 SUPPORTS EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE FUND for needy families in their time of hardship. AEYL recognizes that stability at home is essential for youth, teens and young adults to thrive in school, work, and leadership development.

Assistance may include Housing and/or Utility relief, School-related expenses such as uniforms, supplies, or transportation, referrals to partner agencies for extended services. By addressing immediate needs with compassion and discretion, AEYL helps families regain stability and empowers youth, teens and young families to remain focused on their goals.
