The chorale entertains, inspires and educates our audiences through quality-musical entertainment.
The Contemporary Chorale is a talented group of individuals from North Texas dedicated to entertaining our audiences, educating our members, and making a positive impact on our community. Our group is fortunate to be the oldest, continuously-operating choir in North Texas. We are also especially proud that our singers experience personal, musical growth, which in the end, enhances the artistic quality of our performances. You can experience how this close-knit group delights in singing together by attending our next concert.

"Color My World" promises to be an immersive musical experience, blending the Chorale’s signature vocal precision with dynamic staging. The repertoire will explore themes of vibrancy, diversity, and emotion, featuring arrangements that span genres from pop and jazz to Broadway and contemporary choral standards.
You’ll hear favorites like Blue Velvet, Big Yellow Taxi, Bein Green (Yes, Kermit’s song!), Paint It Black, Orange-Colored Sky, and so many more! Remember The Rainbow Song from childhood? Melanie Moore arranged our own version. And of course, we can’t forget Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat!
Come celebrate our 70th anniversary with us! Mark your calendars for two performances at 2:30 PM and 7:30 PM, perfect for families, friends, groups and anyone looking for quality musical entertainment!
The Contemporary Chorale's mission is to Entertain, Educate, and Inspire our community through musical performances noted for their creative and artistic excellence.
Our organization incurs costs associated with the production of our performances. Your donations will help cover the costs of sheet music (supporting other artists!), show programs, and our small marketing budget to promote our performances. Any amount you can donate will help us!
