The chorale entertains, inspires and educates our audiences through quality-musical entertainment.
The Contemporary Chorale is a talented group of individuals from North Texas dedicated to entertaining our audiences, educating our members, and making a positive impact on our community. Our group is fortunate to be the oldest, continuously-operating choir in North Texas. We are also especially proud that our singers experience personal, musical growth, which in the end, enhances the artistic quality of our performances. You can experience how this close-knit group delights in singing together by attending our next concert.
The chorale performs two concerts annually with pieces from jazz to Broadway to traditional, choral anthems. During the holidays, you can always hear inspirational and festive songs that will surely warm your heart.
May 10, 2025, The Contemporary Chorale will present, “Seasons of Song,” a show that promises to be like none other!
You will hear favorites such as, “You’ve Got a Friend,” “Sweet Seasons,” “April in Paris," “Here Comes the Sun,” “September," “Sleigh Ride,” and many more!
We are delighted to host guest artist, Katie Peslis, who is a session singer living in Nashville. If you’ve been to Disneyland or Disney World, you’ve probably heard her voice floating by in one of the parades! Not only that, she is a self-proclaimed Taco Bell aficionado!
We hope you’ll join us for one or both of our performances May 10 at the Bank of America Theater at The Eisemann Center in Richardson, Texas!
Let the changing of the seasons begin!
The Contemporary Chorale's mission is to Entertain, Educate, and Inspire our community through musical performances noted for their creative and artistic excellence.
Our organization incurs costs associated with the production of our performances. Your donations will help cover the costs of sheet music (supporting other artists!), show programs, and our small marketing budget to promote our performances. Any amount you can donate will help us!
