$1,000 Goal

We have provided 2400+ heartworm treatments to adopted/owned dogs in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Many dogs are not adopted from shelters because the traditional cost of treatment has been very expensive. We aim to move more dogs out of shelters and into homes by making treatment affordable.

In addition, we provide affordable, necessary vaccines for canines and felines available to the general public and local rescue groups.  We also provide necessary heartworm testing, parasite prevention, and microchips.

We also provide affordable dentals, soft tissue surgery and vaccines/wellness.

Mission

Our mission is to provide accessible, life-saving heartworm treatment and preventative veterinary care across the Dallas–Fort Worth community, reducing unnecessary euthanasia and giving animals a second chance at life. By offering affordable services to pet owners and rescue partners, we improve outcomes for animals and strengthen the communities they call home.

Needs

Our greatest needs include funding to sustain affordable heartworm treatment, expand staffing and clinic hours, and invest in essential equipment such as anesthesia machines, surgical lighting, and medical supplies to increase capacity and improve patient care.

Equity Statement

Our organization is committed to ensuring equitable access to veterinary care for all members of our community. We recognize that cost, access, and awareness often prevent pets from receiving lifesaving treatment, particularly for conditions like heartworm disease. By providing affordable services, partnering with local rescues and shelters, and actively listening to community needs, we work to remove these barriers. We strive to create a welcoming, respectful environment for all clients and their animals, ensuring that every pet, regardless of background or circumstance, has access to the care they deserve.
