Every Child Deserves the Opportunity to Learn, Lead, and Grow in Faith

Nestled in the heart of Dallas' southern sector, Santa Clara of Assisi Catholic Academy is more than a school, it is a faith-filled community where children are known, loved, challenged, and prepared to become bilingual leaders who serve God and their communities. Since opening our doors in 1994 in response to the community's desire for Catholic education, Santa Clara has remained committed to forming the whole child through academic excellence, Catholic values, and a culture of joy, service, and belonging.

Located near Loop 12 and I-30 at the crossroads of Dallas, Irving, Duncanville, and Grand Prairie, our beautiful, nature-filled campus has become a hidden gem where students encounter Christ daily while discovering their God-given gifts. Every day, our mission comes to life as we nurture each child's spiritual, academic, physical, emotional, and cultural growth in a bilingual learning environment.

Santa Clara is proud to be the only Catholic school in the Diocese of Dallas offering a Dual-Language Program. Beginning as early as PK3, students learn in both English and Spanish, developing the confidence and academic skills to become truly bilingual and biliterate. Research consistently demonstrates that students in high-quality dual-language programs achieve strong academic outcomes while developing the cultural competence and communication skills needed to thrive in an increasingly interconnected world.

Our diverse faculty and staff represent cultures from across the globe. Together, they model the beauty of a multicultural Catholic community where every child is created in the image and likeness of God and every family is welcomed with dignity and respect. Through ongoing professional development in data-driven instruction and continuous improvement, our educators continually refine their teaching so every student has the opportunity to reach his or her fullest potential.

Faith is the foundation of everything we do. Students pray together daily, celebrate weekly Mass, participate in devotional prayer, study religion, and intentionally develop the virtues of faith, wisdom, integrity, culture, and servic, . They actively participate in the liturgy as readers, altar servers, and choir members, discovering that their faith is not simply something they learn, it is something they live. At Santa Clara, teachers and staff know every child by name, and families often describe our school as an extension of their home, warm, welcoming, safe, and centered on Christ.

Preparing students for the future also means equipping them with the tools they need to succeed. Every student has access to a personal Chromebook or tablet, while every classroom features interactive SmartBoard technology that enhances learning across every subject. Beyond the classroom walls, our unique outdoor learning environment inspires curiosity, environmental stewardship, and hands-on discovery.

Students experience a well-rounded education through daily enrichment in STEAM, music, and physical education while also developing leadership, creativity, teamwork, and discipline through choir, athletics, and extracurricular activities. Whether competing on the volleyball or soccer field, performing in choir, solving problems in STEAM, or exploring their artistic talents, every child is encouraged to discover and develop the gifts God has given them.

Needs

How Your Gift Makes a Difference

At Santa Clara of Assisi Catholic Academy, every gift directly supports our mission to support the full growth of each person in a bilingual community of academic excellence and Catholic values. Your generosity allows us to provide an exceptional Catholic education while ensuring that students have the resources, opportunities, and support they need to thrive.

Through your support, North Texas Giving Day funds will help advance three important areas:

---

#1. Expanding the Student Experience

Santa Clara is committed to developing the whole child, spiritually, academically, physically, socially, and emotionally. We seek to provide students with meaningful opportunities that inspire curiosity, creativity, leadership, and a lifelong love of learning.

Your support allows us to strengthen existing programs and introduce new opportunities that enrich the student experience. Potential uses of these funds include:

* Expanding our garden and outdoor learning programs

* Enhancing STEAM, science, and innovation opportunities

* Supporting athletics, clubs, and extracurricular activities

* Providing enrichment opportunities, field trips, and aftercare activities

* Expanding music, art, and creative programming

* Supporting preparation for Mass participation and faith-based activities

* Providing instructional resources such as decodable readers, phonics programs, literacy materials, and classroom resources

* Strengthening student success programs, including reading incentives, positive behavior initiatives, and organizational tools

* Investing in technology, audio-visual equipment, playground improvements, transportation, and campus enhancements

Every opportunity we provide helps our students grow in faith, wisdom, integrity, culture, and service while preparing them to become confident bilingual leaders.

# 2. Providing Tuition Assistance for Families in Need

At Santa Clara of Assisi Catholic Academy, we believe that a family's financial circumstances should not prevent a child from receiving a high-quality Catholic education. Our community is built on the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to grow in faith, develop their God-given talents, and receive an education rooted in excellence and values.

Many families desire a Santa Clara education but face financial challenges that make paying the full cost of tuition difficult. Through donor support, we are able to provide tuition assistance and financial aid to families who demonstrate need, helping bridge the gap between what a family can afford and the true cost of providing an exceptional Catholic education.

Your gift can make the difference between a family having to choose between affordability and opportunity, and a child being able to remain in a school community where they are known, loved, and supported.

By supporting tuition assistance, you are helping:

* Keep Catholic education accessible to families in our community

* Provide stability and opportunity for students

* Strengthen our diverse bilingual community

* Ensure children continue receiving faith formation, academic excellence, and a supportive school environment

**A gift to Santa Clara is an investment not only in a student’s education, but in the future of our community.**

Santa Clara is dedicated to recruiting, supporting, and retaining highly qualified educators who share our mission and values. Many teachers go above and beyond, often using their own resources to provide additional materials and experiences for their students.

Your support helps us invest in the people who make our mission possible through opportunities such as:

* Classroom resources and instructional materials
