Services

Real Options provides free and confidential services to individuals facing unplanned pregnancies in a safe, non-judgmental environment.  All of our services are free of charge, thanks to the generosity of our donors, church partners and fundraisers like North Texas Giving Day.

Real Options believes everyone deserves access to accurate information and compassionate care during an unplanned pregnancy.  Our aim is to ensure no one feels alone or uninformed when facing a pregnancy decision.  Every person who visits Real Options—whether in a clinic or through our mobile unit, Zoe—receives personalized care, practical resources, and clear information to move forward with confidence every step of the way.

Locations

Real Options currently operates clinics in Allen, Melissa, and South Dallas. In addition, our fully equipped mobile medical unit, Zoe, extends care to multiple locations by bringing services directly into communities—meeting people where they are and reducing barriers to access. Onboard Zoe, clients receive high-quality ultrasounds, pregnancy testing, and personalized consultations with trained medical professionals.

Needs

Real Options (RO) is supported by generous individuals, faithful churches and local businesses.  That means your gift goes directly to providing free services that are offered to the women that walk through our doors and the students we reach in the public schools. This allows us to continue to to share the hope of Jesus Christ with those most vulnerable in our community by promoting a culture of life.
