Real Options

Real Options has been a trusted, faith based nonprofit serving and empowering women, men, and families across North Texas for almost forty years. We are committed to serve the community by providing free and confidential services to individuals facing unexpected pregnancies—offering education, support, and medical care in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. These services include pregnancy testing, limited obstetric ultrasounds, screening for sexually transmitted diseases (STI), support groups for women who have experienced abortion, and counseling. RO also provides an interactive face to face and virtual sexual risk avoidance education program serving more than 15 local school districts in DFW each year, parenting classes, and fatherhood programs. We are here to walk alongside individuals as they explore their options, understand their rights, and make informed decisions about their future. All of our services are free of charge, thanks to the generosity of our donors, church partners and fundraisers like North Texas Giving Day.

Real Options believes that everyone deserves access to accurate information and compassionate care. Whether someone is considering parenting, adoption, or abortion, we ensure they have the tools and support they need to navigate what can often be a difficult time.

We currently have three clinics serving multiple counties in DFW. One of the most innovative ways we reach people is through our mobile medical unit, Zoe. This fully equipped mobile medical clinic allows us to take services directly into communities—meeting people where they are and removing barriers to care. On board, clients receive high-quality ultrasounds, pregnancy testing, and personalized consultations with trained professionals.

Every person who visits Real Options—whether in one of our centers or on Zoe—receives personalized care, practical support, and the information they need to move forward with confidence. We aim to ensure no one feels alone or uninformed when facing a pregnancy decision.

Our Needs

Real Options (RO) is supported by generous individuals, faithful churches and local businesses. That means YOUR gift makes a huge impact in the lives of the women that walk through our doors and the students we reach in the public schools, which allows us to never limit our pursuit to share the love of Christ

Here's how you can contribute to this ministry: $150 to see 1 client, $100 to do 1 sonogram, $550 for 1 day of abstinence education, $1000 for 1 day of operations at Real Options, $2,750 to save a baby from abortion.
