ACADEMICS

Our Redeemer's unique take on customizing the educational experience of each child is cutting edge. Our 10 Enrichment Strands allow for parents to help personalize their child's opportunities to meet and support each student's specific talents, interests and needs. 

BALANCE

At Our Redeemer Lutheran School of Dallas, we work hard, but we play hard with both recess and PE for every child-every day. We nurture and care for the whole child, not just their minds. We encourage working above level, but without the atmosphere of anxiety and pressure. ORLS is proud of its diverse student population, welcoming children of all races, nationalities, and denominations.

OUTSTANDING FACULTY

Our teachers focus on lighting the fire of learning, rather than simply filling the pail. Degreed faculty and staff acknowledge each child's unique, God-given gifts and talents, and strengthen his or her faith in Christ. Customizable learning enriches the experience and focuses on the individuality of each child.

ACCREDITATIONS 

Our Redeemer is accredited by National Lutheran Schools Association (NLSA) and Texas Private School Accreditation Commission (TEPSAC). We are members in good standing of Texas Private Schools Association. Our outstanding Preschool is licensed by Texas Department of Health and Human Services as well.

NATURAL BEAUTY

Across our lush, 10 acre campus, our students and visitors are greeted by the natural wonder of God's creation: grassy hills, mature trees, and green spaces. Our Outdoor Learning Center opened fall of 2022, featuring a chicken coop, prayer garden, potting shed, and learning amphitheater. Natural light in the classroom and the surrounding nature lifts us up, providing excitement and energy for our day.

OUR NEEDS

Our Redeemer has recently expanded to include middle school, proudly serving students from PK1 through 8th grade. As we continue to grow, the funds raised will help finish our current building project including seven new storm rated classrooms and a church and school multipurpose space for large gatherings. Our beloved courtyard will be fully enclosed and revitalized with large trees, seating areas, and plenty of room to gather, connect, and create lasting memories. 

After the completion of this building project in Spring 2027, we will set our sights on the next phase: a new gymnasium and additional middle school classrooms. 

Funding will continue to strengthen and enrich our curriculum while providing valuable opportunities for extracurricular activities that support the whole child including expanded athletic opportunities.
