Orpheus Chamber Singers, Inc., is the premier professional choir in North Texas, committed to performances and activities that perpetuate and elevate the art of choral music.
Needs
Orpheus's 29th season includes intimate works for 16-voice choir, holiday favorites, and the stunning masterpiece that is Rachmaninoff's All-Night Vigil. Your gift supports artist fees, venue rental, music purchases, archival audio recordings, and program printing.
In addition, Orpheus has an outreach program to Carter High School in Dallas ISD. We provide students with private lessons and sectional coaching at no cost to the school. Carter choir students are invited to attend each and every Orpheus performance for free. Your gift helps us expand the number of workshops we can provide to Carter as they seek to rebuild their program after the pandemic.
