The society's growing demand for leadership within the next generation has led to the formation of the Alliance of Elite Youth Leadership, the programs and services as well as the interest in acquisition of the ultimate goals and plans for serving the increasing demand for engagement with teens, young adults and families; a premier building the "Empowerment Center". Within this facility, AEYL will have the opportunity to continue providing sustainable resources to the community through the following service avenues to maintain stability in households, schools and communities:

                                                   

                           

Mission

We empower diverse teens (12–18) and young adults (19–24), including low-to-moderate income areas, by expanding access to education, career exposure, and personal development. Our programs promote positive life outlooks and advance progress in higher education, economic mobility, and community growth.

CLASS OF 2026 HS GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS Each school year, AEYL donors have the unique opportunity to directly impact the lives of dedicated High School Scholars who are committed to expanding their educational horizons.

CAREER & WORKFORCE PLACEMENT PROGRAM with SUMMER INTERNSHIP & ENTREPRENEURSHIP SKILLS TRAINING Your funding will open doors for a diverse group of teens and young adults, providing them with invaluable exposure and accessibility to higher education and career opportunities.

STEM/GYM Developmental and Recreational Teams This funding will strengthen teen engagement through team sports and robotics programs—promoting collaboration, leadership, critical thinking, and resilience. These activities foster academic motivation, build life skills, and expand access to hands-on learning and personal growth.

AEYL OPERATIONS funding supports the essential infrastructure and day-to-day operations that power our nonprofit’s mission—ensuring effective program delivery, organizational stability, and long-term impact for the youth and communities we serve.
