We are a no-kill shelter and educate the public on how to care for rabbits. Our rabbits are spay/neutered, litter box trained and adopted out as house pets.

Mission

The North Texas Rabbit Sanctuary is dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of sick, injured or abandoned domestic rabbits. We are a no-kill sanctuary. Rabbits are spay/neutered, litter box trained and adopted as house pets. We educate the public how to care for domestic rabbits.

Needs

Many of our rabbits who arrive at our doors are in desperate need of specialized veterinary care. Angel, for example, underwent treatment for E. Cuniculi and requires ongoing rehabilitation to recover her health. Twix, another beloved resident, is facing delicate eye surgery that is critical to his comfort and quality of life. Beyond these urgent cases, every rabbit in our care depends on spay and neuter procedures—costing up to approximately $600 each—to ensure their long-term well-being and ability to be adopted out to their forever home. Your support makes these life-saving treatments possible and gives rabbits like Angel and Twix the chance to heal, thrive, and live the safe lives they deserve.

Equity Statement

We accept rabbits of all breeds.. sizes and colors.
