North Texas LEAD connects college-degreed professionals with employers who value a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. NTLEAD helps job seekers at no cost by offering professional development and career support. Employers partner with the nonprofit by paying annual sponsorship fees, recognizing the strong return on investment provided by NTLEAD’s rigorous candidate vetting process. Alumni of the program have gone on to hold roles across all levels of organizations—from individual contributor to the C-suite. Nearly 1,300 professionals have secured positions through NTLEAD, with titles including CEO, City Manager, Senior Litigation Attorney, Executive Vice President, Vice-Chancellor, and Six Sigma Black Belt.

Contributions will help North Texas LEAD provide career readiness workshops, employer connections, and one-on-one coaching for job seekers. Your support also strengthens our ability to host employer panels, maintain technology platforms for virtual interviews, and expand outreach to underrepresented communities across North Texas. Every dollar invested helps job seekers build confidence, develop skills, and secure meaningful employment with leading companies.
