Our Mission
The mission of Newman International Academy is to train and educate future generations of young men and women with wisdom, stature and favor; to give students opportunities to become whole individuals ready to serve the world by helping them reach their highest potential, and to provide in partnership with parents and community a well-rounded education within the context of American heritage.
Our Request
In the midst of a cultural battle being waged for the hearts and minds of our children, Newman International Academy is a refuge and safe place for students, families and teachers. Since our founding in 2011, Newman continues to emphasize a balanced, well-rounded education focusing on innovative learning, consistent discipline, character development, and excellence in Academics, Fine Arts, and Athletics.
Newman’s program is a dream come true for our stakeholders as it serves the DFW area and brings a Pre-K to 12th grade-education of excellence, nurture and care to students from all strata of society. Our nearly 3,000 students in 7 locations (in Arlington, Mansfield, Cedar Hill, Fort Worth, and Watauga) are prepared in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Arts and Athletics (STEAM). As a conservative charter school, NIA fosters character and leadership abilities while preparing students for college, career and military readiness in a private-school environment and value-based setting with no fee to our families!

Make a Difference to Make UP the Difference: Funding comes from the state of Texas and Education grants from state and federal agencies, but that only covers about 70% of the cost of each students education. We need individuals like you, who believe in educational choice, and in Newman's mission to train and educate future generations to become "Warriors" of Wisdom, Stature, and Favor, to help make up the 30% difference.
