About
New Hope Compassion (NHC) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization based in Dallas, Texas with a geographic footprint domestically and globally. The mission of NHC is to provide hope and compassion through outreach, education, and training to those in need. NHC, serving as a bridge builder, aims to empower the unreached and underserved to pursue enriched, healthy, and dignified lives.
New Hope Compassion focuses on two priority programs in the Dallas-Fort Worth area - community donation support for the homeless school/underserved children and Project Ignite mentorship program to benefit young adults and emerging professionals. Project Ignite Mentorship Program was formed to equip and develop the next generation of leaders while also providing opportunities to grow and fellowship. Project Ignite leverages strategic partners and the business communities to provide opportunities and training programs for the underserved so they can become self-sustaining by engaging in entrepreneurship, life-skills, and career advancement.
Internationally, New Hope Compassion has expanded its mission to Eastern Europe by providing aid and missions for the orphans and displaced refugees due to the tragic war in Ukraine.
Needs
New Hope Compassion provides various volunteer opportunities to serve locally in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and internationally. NHC is currently partnering with local organizations to provide mentoring, career development and advancement training along with ESL programs. Donation funding is needed for school supplies and support programs for underserved children. Winter donations are needed for a humanitarian cargo container for the Ukraine orphans and refugees.
