Mission of Metroplex Women's Clinic
Since 1984, Metroplex Women's Clinic has been a beacon of hope for women and families facing unexpected pregnancies and life's most challenging moments. Through four clinic locations serving Arlington and East Fort Worth, we have had the privilege of walking alongside more than 134,000 clients and their families, offering compassionate care, practical support, and life-affirming guidance when it is needed most.
Every pregnancy test, ultrasound, parenting class, mentoring session, and resource we provide is offered completely free of charge because we believe no woman should have to face these decisions alone. Whether a mother chooses parenting or adoption, our goal is to equip her with the support, education, and encouragement needed to build a healthy, thriving future for herself and her child.
In addition, Arlington Resale and Arlington Resale Too help extend our mission by providing affordable goods to the community while generating resources that directly support our clients and programs.
The impact of Metroplex Women's Clinic is made possible by a community of faithful volunteers, partners, and donors who share a passion for strengthening families and changing lives. We invite you to join us in this life-changing work and become part of the next chapter of hope, healing, and transformation for women and families across our community.

MWC Leadership
Our Board of Directors—comprised of community leaders, medical professionals, educators, business leaders, pastors, attorneys, and counselors—provides the wisdom, experience, and strategic guidance that helps advance our mission. CEO Dana Cox and the Executive Leadership Team bring decades of expertise in pregnancy center ministry, healthcare, education, business, and nonprofit leadership.
Clinic staff and volunteers are the heart of our ministry, serving on the front lines as client advocates, spiritual mentors, nurses, sonographers, and educators. Their compassionate care impacts lives every day.
There are many ways to get involved through volunteering, prayer, advocacy, and community engagement. However, financial support remains one of our greatest needs. Generous donors provide the resources necessary to offer free pregnancy services, parenting education, ultrasounds, material assistance, and ongoing support to thousands of women and families each year. Together, we are making a lasting difference for life and strengthening families for generations to come.
