Removing barriers to accessing services and providing a path to self-sufficiency.

For individuals, families, and seniors coping with a crisis situation or needing help stabilizing their lives, Metrocrest is an essential resource in the community; it is a place of hope, encouragement and provides a path to independence. After more than twenty years in the making, Metrocrest Services has a forever home right in the heart of community need.

The new facility, located at 1145 N. Josey Lane, Carrollton, TX 75006, allows Metrocrest Services to expand capacity, remove barriers to accessing services, and bring essential services from multiple providers to one central location. The expanded facility features a:

  • Client Choice Food Pantry: Providing access to fresh, nutritious food for local neighbors in need. Empowering visitors to select items for their families, to learn about new foods, and help reduce food waste in our communities.
  • Computer Lab: Creating a welcoming space for guests to use technology for their job search, participate in continuing education, and receive free printing services.
  • Teaching Garden & Teaching Kitchen: Providing education on sustainable gardening practices and healthy eating habits.

Our mission is to provide hope through programs that lead to self-sufficiency and foster independence.

For 50 years, Metrocrest Services has provided hope and relief to individuals and seniors living in Addison, Carrollton, Coppell, Farmers Branch, and Dallas in Denton County.
