"...the help I received to pay for my surgery, and save my life, will forever remain in my heart. Y'all were the ones who brought hope and support into my life in this time of crisis."
~ Patient Grant Recipient, Me Squared Cancer Foundation
Me Squared provides up to $3,500 grants to patients in need to help pay for their treatments. These grants help to reduce the financial stress and ensure the cancer patients are getting the care they need.
The beneficiaries are identified through our marketing and partnerships with John Peter Smith Hospital, Texas Oncology, G.R.A.C.E., Parkland Health and Hospital System. and others. The patient submits an application for financial assistance.
Our five-member Outreach Committee will evaluate the application to validate the diagnosis with the patient's healthcare provider and determine if there is great financial need.
Me Squared has given over $130,000 to help get newly diagnosed cancer patients get the treatments they need.
Needs
Me Squared needs to raise funds to continue to help adult cancer patients who either do not have health insurance or are unable to pay their large insurance deductibles. With our assistance, cancer patients in the DFW and surrounding counties will be able to get the care and financial support to battle their cancer.
