Lola's Lucky Day

Our Mission:

Saving lives, one dog at time. We rescue dogs off the street & from shelters in Houston & Dallas, Texas. We get them vetted, treat their medical conditions, & find them forever homes in Wisconsin. Our fosters are trained to handle orphan bottle puppies, dogs with parvovirus & distemper, seniors, & hospice cases. We also help low-income families spay/neuter their dogs, allowing us to educate the community simultaneously. Every dog deserves love & compassion; it is our goal to make that happen.

Since 2015, we have saved 8,640 dogs in Dallas & Houston.

Our Needs:

All donations go directly to our vet bills, dog food, collars, leashes, tags, microchips, and transportation fees. 

Below are standard care costs we have negotiated with local veterinary clinics:

• Basic Vaccines:                        $50 per dog
• Spay/Neuter:                           $75-$90 per dog
• Heartworm Treatment:           $350 per dog
• Health Certificate:                   $50 per dog      (required to legally travel across state lines)
• Roundtrip gas to Wisconsin    $500 per trip
