1. Program Expansion & Staffing

Hire additional educators, mentors, and cultural instructors to meet demand across Fort Worth and surrounding areas.

Increase in-school intervention partnerships and provide more dedicated tutoring, mentorship, and enrichment during school hours.

Expand afterschool cohorts with more facilitators to maintain our small-group, high-impact model.

2. Transportation & Field Experiences

Provide safe and reliable transportation for students to attend programs and cultural excursions.

Cover entry fees, meals, and supplies for local and regional field trips that connect classroom learning with real-world experience.

💰 Goal: $30,000 for transportation and local experiences

3. International Leadership Scholarships

Fund scholarships for students participating in the PVY International Leadership Program (PVYILP), which includes global travel, service projects, and entrepreneurship.

Cover costs for passports, flights, housing, food, and cultural site visits.

💰 Goal: $50,000 for scholarships and travel expenses

4. Curriculum & Materials

Develop and print Seed to Legacy (S2L) curriculum guides, project templates, and identity-building activities.

Purchase arts, carpentry, fashion, culinary, and language supplies for project-based learning across all program areas.

💰 Goal: $20,000 for curriculum materials and classroom resources

5. Technology & Platform Support

Sustain and upgrade our Umoja platform, which tracks student growth, SEL development, and leadership milestones.

Provide laptops, tablets, and internet access for students who need them.

💰 Goal: $25,000 for digital tools and tech equity

6. Facility Use & Administrative Support

Offset costs of facility rentals, insurance, utilities, and maintenance for safe and effective programming spaces.

Support back-office functions like bookkeeping, compliance, and fundraising.
