Little Dog Rescue of North Texas, Inc. is an all volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit small breed animal rescue founded in 2015. We have rescued, fostered, and found homes for hundreds of dogs from animal shelters, puppy mills, hoarding seizures, abandoned and abusive situations, as well as strays, and owner surrenders. The vast majority of our rescues are medical cases that require surgeries, heartworm treatments, and long term care with expensive medications and prescription food. We also make every effort to help pet owners keep their dogs instead of surrendering them.
Our Needs
Our current needs are funds for surgery, veterinary care, prescription drugs and supplies. Every dog we rescued this year needed some level of special care, including hospitalization, veterinary exams, vaccines, spay/neuter, microchips, dentals, with many needing surgery and prescription food. This has been one of the worst years for owner surrendered, abandoned and stray dogs, including pregnant, abused, and puppies.
We could not help any of them without your generous donations. Thank you for helping us continue our mission! Thank you for your generosity!
