LGBTQ SAVES saves lives by providing youth with a place to feel socially, emotionally, and physically safe and supported. Since 2010, we’ve empowered LGBTQ youth to grow in confidence, build leadership skills, and make a lasting impact in their communities. Many go on to pursue higher education and return to mentor others—creating a beautiful cycle of support and resilience.
This Give OUT Day, we’re raising funds to provide $1,000 scholarships to LGBTQ youth who are continuing their education at local colleges, universities, or trade schools. We currently have an estimated 40 active members planning to enroll this fall—and with your help, we can support as many of them as possible.
These scholarships are more than financial aid—they are a message that our youth are seen, valued, and worthy of investment.

LGBTQ SAVES is committed to creating safe, affirming spaces where LGBTQ youth can thrive. To do this, we need:
Funding for Educational Workshops – Life skills, social skills, and leadership development sessions that prepare youth for success in school and beyond.
Program Materials & Supplies – Interactive learning tools, technology, and resources for engaging activities.
Transportation Assistance – Ensuring youth have reliable access to programs and events.
Volunteer Mentors & Facilitators – Skilled individuals to lead workshops and support youth development.
