At Junior Achievement of Dallas, we prepare students for the business of life by helping them build financial confidence, explore career possibilities, and develop the skills they'll need to succeed beyond the classroom.
Our Programs
Junior Achievement of Dallas bridges the gap between classroom learning and the real world by providing students with hands-on experiences that inspire and prepare students from kindergarten through high school. Through engaging, real-world experiences, students gain financial knowledge, discover career opportunities, and develop the skills and mindset to turn ideas into action as they prepare for What's Next in school, work, and life.
Our signature Experiential Learning Centers, Junior Achievement BizTown and Junior Achievement Finance Park, bring learning to life. Rather than simply reading about personal finance or careers, students step into immersive environments where they become business owners, employees, consumers, and community members. They manage budgets, make financial decisions, collaborate with peers, and experience the responsibilities and rewards of participating in a functioning economy.
Learning extends beyond our Experiential Learning Centers through programs such as Junior Achievement in a Day, Job Shadow, and the Career Speaker Series. These experiences connect students with business and community leaders who share their knowledge, career journeys, and workplace insights. Students gain exposure to a wide range of career opportunities, strengthen essential workplace competencies, and develop a deeper understanding of how businesses and economies operate at the local, national, and global levels.
Each experience is made possible by dedicated business and community volunteers who bring classroom concepts to life by sharing real-world perspectives and mentoring the next generation. Together, Junior Achievement of Dallas is helping students succeed academically today while preparing them for economic success tomorrow.

Each year, Junior Achievement of Dallas creates meaningful, measurable impact across North Texas. More than 30,000 students participate in JA programs annually, supported by more than 1,850 dedicated business and community volunteers who contribute over 180,000 student contact hours.
